Directions (An Attempt at Transparency)
is a series of undisciplined artworks,
intrinsically blending traditional techniques with new technologies in both their concept and materiality. Exposing raw elements, such as light and words, they focus on questioning the boundaries outside their frames. In the artwork found transcripted digital notes and text messages become ready-made artworks. Using the dialog of light and creases as the main medium and denying a more assertive permanent intervention, the artwork’s narrative
remains in perpetual change. The consistent shifts of characters’ content in frame signal the author’s distance from the found subjects and open up new windows of interpretation.
